Report Tenancy Fraud

The purpose of this form is to allow confidential reporting of suspected fraud in relation to a council tenancy.

Thanet District Council can only investigate council tenancies and have no authority to pursue private sector tenants in relation to benefit fraud etc. If you suspect a fraud is being committed at a private residence, please report this via gov.uk/report-benefit-fraud.
