Please note, if you choose to cancel this service you will NOT receive a refund and we will make arrangements with you to collection the garden waste bin.
We are unable to collect any unwanted waste or recycling containers. If you no longer require these you will need to make arrangements to dispose of them yourself. There are two Household waste and Reycling Centres in our area to get rid of household waste.

We are unable to swap or exchange containers for different sizes. If you require an additional container please visit our website.
The quickest and easiest way to tell us about a missed bin is to use our online portal on the missed bin webpage.
You can also check your collection day to find out which bin or bag you should put out on which week. Food recycling is collected every week.
To avoid problems with your bin collections please ensure that you are putting the right waste in the right bin. Use our website to check what to put in which bin.
