The tenancy end date will be 4 weeks from the Monday following receipt of this form, ending on a Sunday.
Keys must be returned no later than 12 midday on the Monday immediately after the Sunday tenancy end date.
The tenancy end date will be confirmed by our Voids team.

Declaration

The property should be left clean and clear of personal belongings and rubbish
Any medical aids (such as bath seats) must be returned to NHS supplies or Social Services
The Department of Work and Pension (DWP) must be notified in regard to Housing Benefit or Universal Credit

Keys
