Thanet District Council will collect and process personal information, including your contact details and connection to the tenant. We may check some of the information with other sources (e.g. government departments and other councils) to verify your identity and ensure that the information you have provided is accurate.

Your personal information is being processed because it is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest.

• The tenancy end date will be 4 weeks from the Monday following receipt of this form, ending on a Sunday.
• Keys must be returned no later than 12 midday on the following Monday.
• The tenancy end date will be confirmed by our Voids team.
