If you have received an Enforcement Agent letter you need to speak to them directly, contact details can be found on the letter.

This form must be completed by the ratepayer or someone authorised to do so on their behalf.

Your arrangement

When working out an instalment plan it is our policy to clear all arrears by the end of the financial year (31 March).

If we agree a payment arrangement with you and you don't keep to it, we will take further action to recover the business rates you owe.

We will contact you to confirm whether your arrangement is acceptable and to confirm your instalments. Please make the first payment now to start to reduce your outstanding balance.
