Community Project/Initiative Proposal

TDC would like more detail of your project, please send us a short report including what your project is about, how the project will be managed, when you intend to start, where will this take place, who will be involved and any associated costs. If you require further support with these documents please email education@thanet.gov.uk

Example Proposal Report Content

• Introduction (Who are you? (group/individual or project name), provide background information and a brief project description of the project, what is your/your group's role within the community?
• Project/Initiative details; please provide full details of the proposed project/initiative, plan, locations, timescales, survey results (if survey undertaken)
• SWOT Analysis (Project strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats)
• Stakeholders, Partnerships & Recognition (Sponsorships/Leads/Funding)
• Project Impact; Economic, Environmental and Social Benefits?
• Costings
• Actions (What do you need from TDC?)
• References (add any supporting evidence here. Research, photographs, maps, Risk Assessments, Public Liability Insurance etc).
