Access Highlight Markings

Apply for a new access highlight marking or repainting of an existing access marking.  

Fees

• Installation: £330
• Repainting faded lines: £100

We will ask for your

• contact details
• confirmation that you have a designated drop kerb outside your property
• permission to share your information to partners acting on our behalf in the administration of the scheme

• Access Highlight Markings will only be considered:
  • across the front of properly constructed crossovers (dropped kerbs)
  • along sections of roads where parking problems exist
• The lines can only be added: 
  • outside the entrance to the driveway or private access point, on the road
  • to the area that should be kept clear of waiting vehicles. 
• The lines will end inline with the highest point of the dropped kerb. 
• The lines cannot be extended to assist vehicles turning
• The marking has no legal standing and is not enforceable by Civil Enforcement Officers
