Untaxed vehicles

• Please do not report a vehicle to us as abandoned just because it is untaxed.  
• Report an untaxed vehicle on the Gov.uk website - www.gov.uk/report-untaxed-vehicle

Nuisance vehicles

Vehicles obstructing the public highway or a hazard to road users should be reported to the police on the website www.kent.police.uk or by telephone on 101

This form will ask you provide the following information

• Your details
• Location of the vehicle including street name
• Vehicle details

Please have this information ready as pages time-out after one hour.

Please be advised if this vehicle has been reported before it may either, still be in the abandoned vehicle process or following previous investigations it was found not to be abandoned and therefore no further action can be taken.

If the vehicle is taxed or has a known owner it is not classified as abandoned. We cannot take any further action.

We would suggest that you wait at least two weeks before reporting the vehicle as it may not necessarily be abandoned.
