Please only use this form if you have already been contacted by the Dog Warden and have been advised on the amount you need to pay. Failure to pay the correct amount will result in a delay in your dog being returned.

Use this form make a payment for claiming stray dogs and associated kennelling fees.

This form will ask you to provide the following information:

Payment for claiming dogs and any associated kennelling fees

There is a statutory Government prescribed fee of £25 and administration fee of £80 for the dog warden picking up your dog. If your dog has been put in kennels there is a fee of £13 per day on top of this charge.

Please ensure you select the correct amount from the drop down as your dog cannot be released until the full fees have been paid.

Please note once payment has been received:

An officer will be in contact with you on the number you have provided to arrange the return of your dog.
You will need to provide proof of ownership to the authorised officer upon return, acceptable proof includes: microchip certificate, family photographs, ownership receipt or vet bills.
You will also be asked to sign a return of dog receipt at the time of return.

Dog warden fees(Required)

This is the statutory prescribed Government fee of £25.00 plus an £80.00 admin fee for the collection and return of your dog. This must be paid before your dog can be returned.
